Through the years, Carol Peterson has integrated her love for nature and
international travel with her passion for art. By capturing the essence of
endangered wildlife and the priceless beauty of our vanishing wilderness, she
hopes to inspire the preservation of wilderness and wildlife for future
generations.

Art has been a way of life for Carol Peterson since
elementary school. From junior high through highschool she
attended a Saturday invitational art program at the
Cleveland Museum of Art. Carol was awarded a full tuituion
art scholarship at Syracuse University where she majored in
Fine Arts and studied in Florence, Italy. As an artist and
designer she has designed cards for American Greeting
Corporation and has been active in interior design, mural
painting, art gallery management, oil and watercolor
painting, and in her 25 year career as Sales Rep for
DesignTex Fabrics. She currently works as a volunteer at
the Carson Nature Center in Littleton, CO where she
teaches art and nature classes to all ages.
